Early 20thC Leather Case

A beautifully made and stitched brown leather case by K.L Schitten, Helms and Sonn. I cant find much about the maker but they made ammunition during the lasr World war and were also specialist bookbinders... sadly the carrying handles have come unstiched but these can be put back.

There is also the original key and makers stamp to the linen lining - apart from the handles the case is in excellent condition and is a very handsome thing.
