This is a beautifully mounted specimen, in a typical Ward case and groundwork, of a rare bird; The Long Tailed Duck is the only living species of its genus, Clangula and is a lakeland and coastal resident of the North Atlantic regions of Europe, Russia, Alaska and Canada.
